You thought you were a part, small, but in you there is the universe, the greatest….

The life of this 13th century Sufi Islamic Saint offers an increasingly relevant view into the timeless wisdom of the mystic traditions that view all life as interconnected and sacred.  Rumi's interpretation of the Qu’ran is ecstatic love… the religion of love. His life and words  provide us with a unique map to recovering the sacred  in each moment of our lives. Recovering the sacred will restore harmony and unity from the inner world of the mind to embracing all creation within us.  The aim is to be in the moment of your truth and revelations will comes like miracles as many as the stars in the heavens. There is no blame and no punishment only the way.

May we be guided by truth, have beauty revealed and may it lead to the good.

Sessions will include the poetry and life and times of Rumi, Hua Gong exercises, meditation, sacred art and music. The weekend will reflect a sense of retreat so participants can make their own inner discoveries, remember the secrets of their heart and return to the world with a greater sense of peace and community.
